A plus: the pocket wifi unit they provided this time had longer battery life, lasted us the whole day.

Communication was clear and great! Easy instructions on how to pick up the pocket WiFi’s. Came with everything you need and a self addressed envelope which made returning smooth and easy. Would recommend and would order again when going back to Japan.

The portable wireless device was awesome! We had no issues using maps & being able to use the internet to look things up when we were out & about. It was delivered as requested & drop off was easy!

I picked up the pocket wifi at the Tokyo location and was able to use it throughout Japan for the 2 week duration we were here. No interruption between the 3 of us. The return was also very easy, as they have provided a pre-label envelope, which allowed us to place the return package in the postbox located in the airport. Very convenient, very easy, very affordable. Definitely recommend!

During my visit to Japan, I opted for the mobile WiFi provided by Japan wireless. It was in my hotel room when I arrived. Very easy to setup and start using. I highly recommend this service if you visit Japan.
