My third visit to Japan in 6 years and I get this pocket wifi each time. It's convenient having it sent to my hotel so it's available right at check-in.

I would highly recommend this company. This is the second time I used them with no issues. The portable wi-fi is great and it last a long time it is also very small so it can fit in your pocket. Easy pick up and return also.

Had a week trip in Japan. This was a very easy transaction from pick up to drop off. Picked it up upon landing in Narita and drop it off just before security gate. There’s a red mail box at the entrance of security gate.

Rented a business wifi during our 12 day trip in Kansai Prefecture. The package included a powerbank. The pocket wifi did not need the extra powerbank but my phone did. It was really convenient from pick up to drop off. The signal was also good to strong in all the places we went. Will definitely rent from them again.
