Ordering, delivery, return was super easy. The only negative was sometimes it cut out and stopped working. Had to go to a different locale and reboot it

This was the first time for us to try such a device for internet access in Japan. It worked flawlessly. The signal was very good and reliable, the battery life time was more than sufficient for a full day, and the whole process to pick up the device and return it again was very well organized.
