Worked perfectly for our 2 weeks in Japan covering Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Fujinomiya. The device fit in my pocket and provided 2 phones with access that allowed us to use Google Maps and Translate as well use our phones to make Suica and CC purchases. The whole process was easy; picked it up at Haneda and dropped it in a mailbox the day we left.

Had an issue with the router overheating, causing the battery to drain faster. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement to our hotel. Enjoyed the rest of our vacation with no issues. This was the third we’ve used Japan Wireless and will do so again.

Indispensable for our recent trip to Kanazawa and Osaka. Was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, and we booked it rather last minute. Easy to set up and use and worked perfectly for our entire trip. Good price. Easy return process at Osaka airport via the post box. Absolutely necessary if in Japan you Need ti do business or use a GPS for a car rental

We went to multiple cities throughout Japan, including the mountains in Northern Japan, and we never had an issue with connectivity. We charged the device each night and never had to use the back-up battery even though we were using Wifi all day long. The pick-up counter in Haneda airport was relatively easy to find, and the drop off mailbox was extremely simple. We would highly recommend using Japan Wireless!

Essential device to keep in touch whilst in japan using an EU phone. Great connectivity! Would recommend this to anyone intending on travelling to Japan. Easy collection and drop off from the airport or delivered to your hotel at an extra cost. Simply post back in any mail box when finished!

Light and easy to keep with you at all times. Can fit into a pocket or small purse and gave us great WiFi throughout our 10 day trip. Ordered it and it was waiting for us at the hotel at check-in.
