If you're visiting Japan, this is a must have! Ordered at least a day before you're due to arrive.
Pick up was easy from the airport. The pack came with the wifi dongle, cable, battery pack and prepared envelope to put in the post to return.
The best thing is that you only need one wifi dongle per group as you can all connect to it and use your phones as long as you're together.
Definitely recommend this to all my friends and family who will be travelling to Japan.

I had my stay in Japan unexpectedly extended due to a typhoon. I had to extend the device rental multiple times using the online contact form. It was easy to do and the replies from customer service were punctual and helpful.

The device itself worked well. You may not get a full day of usage when it is fully charged. However, the included battery pack fixes this and has the advantage that it can also be used to charge other usb devices if required.

Pick up at Narita was simple, as was returning by post before the flight home.

the router was small and light and easy to carry. Internet speed was very good in Tokyo, but not as fast in Fukuoka. online ordering and delivery was very quick. I had it delivered to my hotel and received it promptly as soon as I arrived. Overall, a good purchase and necessary for getting around.
