Ritiro veloce in aereoporto, facilissima installazione, ottima copertura Wi-Fi e la batteria durava l'intera giornata. Comoda la batteria tampone.

Modem worked well everywhere. Service was great- exactly as promised. Easy to set up, and being able to just pop it in post box at the end was perfect.

We went to several places (Kyoto, Nara, Tokyo, Hakone, Kanazawa and Osaka) and in all those places the connection was very reliable. Returning the device is also straight forward and easy. One thing thought, we almost miss the time in collecting the device at KIX because it close at 2100 and we were able to come out of the airport arrival area at 2105.

I had this for 3 weeks in Japan and found it simple, reliable and invaluable.

For a family of five on a 17 days trip to Japan, this was excellent value for money. We did face loss of internet connectivity quite often but it was a minor inconvenience. We did not ever get 5G, the speed was normally slow. Despite all that, it was a huge benefit to rent this device. Both pickup and return, was simple and easy.
