I had this router for 10 days and it worked perfectly the whole time. the battery lasted me all day and they lent me an extra charging block just in case. I would absolutely get this again for my next trip.

Japan Wireless' pocket wi-fi was excellent. It was easy to set-up once we picked it up at the airport, and it worked no matter where we went. On a full charge, you can get wi-fi coverage for about 10 hours. One of the best things about the rental is that it comes with a spare charging bank which will charge the pocket wi-fi to about 60%, giving you around 6 additional hours of coverage.

The rental came with a drop-off envelope, which made it easy to return the device. Next time when we're in Japan, we'll definitely rent again from Japan Wireless!

Japan Wireless pocket wifi was super convenient to have during my first trip visiting Japan! Wifi may be available in public places but the Pocket Wifi is necessary if you’re out and about exploring areas outside city limits. The service is smooth and setup is super easy as well as the return procedure. Rates are also at a great price and you can extend your service in case you plan on staying a little longer. I enjoyed having the Japan Wireless pocket wifi where you can connect multiple devices and stream videos, social media, and Google maps, all while having peace of mind staying connected. Definitely recommend and will use again for next time!👍🏼
