The pocket wifi unit worked everywhere I went and it was great knowing I had reliable connection even in a mountainous region I went. The one time it seemed to not work as well, I rebooted it and was it back on track. It also did not drain the power from my iPhone while using it. I never needed to use the extra free battery that comes with the rental. I love the ease of pick up at the airport and returning it by post also at the airport. They provided everything I needed to drop the unit into the mailbox. Very happy with Japan Wireless. Highly recommend!

This is very useful for when searching for shops , restaurants .

The whole process was easy and user friendly.
It made us a bit nervous to know there was no customer service available in Japan, but we had no issue to consult about…. We traveled to Hokkaido out in the mountain, and had the wifi with no issues. We will use the service again and recommend to anyone looking for easy Wi-Fi access.
