Great communication and customer service, my flight was 7 hrs delayed and as soon as I contacted the team they provided solutions to ensure I received my device at my hotel. Ended up picking up at Airport just right before they closed, package was ready and it was fast and easy pick up at Haneda Airport. Device is very light and small, easy to carry on bag pack, battery lasted about 8-10 hrs before need to recharge, very reliable and never had a service outage or any other issue. Return via mail package before going through security at the Airport was very convenient. I would used on a next trip to Japan for sure

Had no issues at all with this portable, personal WiFi and the router stayed charge throughout the entire day with no trouble! Of note, the kiosk to pick the router up doesn’t open until 630 AM. So if you have a very early entry time you may want to consider a remote pick up option instead. Otherwise, great product and service! Easy to use and return, would definitely recommend!!!

Having this wireless device made it easy to connect ask over Japan. I was very pleased that i rented this.

I got it for a couple weeks and it worked well most of the time. I only had it being difficult a couple times with loading things, but other than that it did its job well.

Very useful and fast. Did not have connection problems at all when it was with me or my friends.

I ordered the pocket wifi for our trip to Japan. Japan Wireless made the process so easy. I ordered online, picked it up at the airport upon arrival and enjoy wifi the entire trip. When we were leaving I placed it in the envelope provided and dropped it in a mail box at the airport. It couldn't have been easier and we had access to Google Maps and other apps during our trip and the cost was less than half of what my phone provider would have charged me.

The Pocket wifi is great to Travel in Japan. The powerbank is useful not only for the pocket wifi but also to charge the Smartphone. Pick up and Return is very easy at the Airport.
