Order and delivery process of the Wi-Fi device was smooth and hassle-free as it was delivered to the hotel a day prior to my arrival to ease collection convenience as I have a late flight into Tokyo. Bandwidth of the WI-FI was satisfactory with the device power lasted from 9am to 6pm with supplementary charging from the supplied power bank assisted for the remaining day. Device drop-off was easy at a post box in Haneda airport. Highly recommend using this service.

Very good WiFi product

I use Japan Wireless each time I visit Japan. It is easy to pick-up/return the equipment and it works pretty much anywhere I go. The battery last all day and the backup battery also comes with it. I recommend it to anyone.
