Great service, reliable and effective

Abholung der Geräte am Flughafen Tokyo-Haneda und Rücksendung in der beigefügten, voradressierten Verpackung ab Postbox Flughafen Osaka war reibungslos. Die Nutzung der Geräte entsprachen absolut den Erwartungen. Die im Paket enthaltene Powerbank gibt auch bei intensiver Nutzung beruhigende Sicherheit. Akku reicht mindestens 8 Stunden.

The service was very good. It worked without any problems even in a mountain area in northern Gunma-Ken area.
The only thing is that I had to charge it every day. I guess that's why the mobile charger came with it.

I have used Japan Wireless for both of my trips to Japan. It’s so convenient to pick up my reservation right at the airport, and mail it back right at the airport as well. So I’m connected my whole trip. The device is light and compact so it’s easy to carry around all day in my purse. I highly recommend!

We use it for almost one month from Tokio to Fukuoka and 100% of the time we had a very fast service.
This is the best option when your cellphone company does not open your sim.
I recommend you to have the external battery as a back up.

I was very pleased with the service. I found the device at the hotel upon my arrival and it was very easy to return using the mail envelope that just had to be deposited in a post box at the airport.

Everything worked out! The Pocket Wi-Fi seemed to turn itself off, after not being used for a period of time (or I may have accidentally pressed a button in my pocket) but it turned back on quickly, so I didn't have any problems whatsoever.

Am so happy to report that having the pocket Wi-Fi was incredible. I never had to worry about losing connection. As long as the device is fully charged, it will last the entire day. Great experience and highly recommend it.

I am pleased with the product. I just wish it had more battery life. We were out by 9am and would come home at 9/10pm. We had to recharge it by around 5pm. We were only 2 users.
