Great service and easy!

Worked great with 3 phones running off it. Battery lasted much longer than we expected. Much more reliable than roaming on my phone. Pick up and drop off were made super simple. Would definitely use this service again

Overall, it was good to have this while traveling in Japan. The ordering, pick up and drop off/return process was easy. Only minor issue was occasionally the signal wouldn’t connect and had to switch networks a few times to get it to work. But overall, if we ever go back to Japan I would get this again

The hotspot worked well and was very useful as we navigated our way in unfamiliar and new places.

I have used Japan Wireless for my Internet needs for the past several years, and they just get better and better. There was no Internet disruption and I had consistent, reliable & fast Internet whenever I needed it. Forget the sim card! Pocket Wifi is the way to go. Internet anywhere provides connection on multiple devices & the communication that you need to stay in touch with friends & loved ones. Would definitely use again.

Pick up at Haneda Airport was quite easy, device worked without any fault strongly and reliably all over three weeks, return was a breeze - strongly recommend it, thank you!

Wir haben das Gerät am Flughafen Haneda abgeholt und sind drei Wochen damit durch Kyushu und Chugoku gereist. Der Empfang war meistens gut. Das Gerät passte auch in die Brusttasche meiner Weste und war so auch bei kleinen Ausflügen ohne Rucksack nicht störend. Der Akku hielt keinen ganzen Tag, aber dafür lag eine Powerbank mit Ladekabel dabei. Abgabe einfach über Cuvert am Flughafen vor dem check in. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.
