Quick pick up, instructions come in English and when you’re done just drop it off in the mailbox at the airport when you’re checking into your flight (before you go through security). Had no problems during my 2 week trip!

I used a personal WiFi device for 2 weeks in March 2024 and had an EXCELLENT experience. Ordering the device online was easy, delivered to hotel and in the room when we arrived. Wifi worked consistently everywhere we travelled and drop off at the airport in the prepaid envelope was easy. Came with router, battery, cord and a small case. I went with Japan Wireless after reading reviews and was so happy I did!

We reserved the wifi, but, unknown to us, our son also rented a unit for us. I cancelled after our scheduled pickup time, and we were refunded all but a small delivery fee. I expected to pay the whole fee, so I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you for good customer service.
