I have used Japanese Wireless many times. It is easy to set up. I am never without Wi-Fi in Japan. Easy return. I recommend this product 100%.

Great item for a long and stress-less trip. We use it in a different city other than Tokyo and always work great. I really advice this product for a trip.

It was a bit tricky to find the pick up counter in Kansai airport. The wifi hotspot worked really well. I would definitely use it again! I found the translation device a little clunky and ended up using Google translate 99% of the time.
