There were two of us using the product and we had uninterrupted WiFi service during our 11 day trip, which was a huge help since my cell service did not work. Great product, easy pickup and easy return.

Easy to use, great connection

We used the pocket WIFI for almost 7 days in Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. We never had any issue in connection, it did well. And it really helps a lot during our stay in Japan. Definitely when we come back again in Japan will order the Japan Wireless WIFI again. Highly recommended.

This is a very good portable device. Be sure to carry the portable battery if you keep your WiFi on for more than 5 hours.
