Price was great, internet quality was strong and so was battery life. Easy pickup and return.

We had almost everywere wifi at our disposal. It was a great help for us to be able to use google maps etc.

Picked up the router from Narita airport, which couldn’t have been easier or more convenient.
Easy to set up and worked flawlessly during our 8 day stay. We connected 3 iPhones no problem, put the router in your backpack and off you go. Returning the unit was just as easy, pop it in the post box at the airport just before security.
Overall an excellent solution to using your mobile in Japan.

My sisters and I shared the pocket wifi and it worked great (as long as we are close by each other). Good value for money. They delivered it to my hotel on my arrival and with the return envelope that was provided, I dropped it off at the airport post office before security on my return.

I had a very positive experience with this service during my trip in Japan. Perfect connection anywhere I went, very good battery life (they also provide you with a power bank btw), easy to set up and return (for free) at the end of your trip. The price is also very good and competitive.
I would definitively recommend it to anybody traveling to Japan!

Excellent service and the product worked very well.

I highly recommend the unit. Everything went smoothly, the pick-up at the airport, the usage and the later return at another airport. The WiFi is stable, fast and was sufficient for 2 people. The battery lasts one day so you could easily recharge at night.

Very good. Would use it again.
