Your WIFI was perfect for our trip.

Product worked well and like new. Only suggestion I have is that the instructions in English would be more helpful if bigger in size.

Spent 8 weeks travelling all over Japan with family and friends. Coverage was consistently good and having constant access to the net is very convenient particularly when driving, using public transport or walking in unpopulated areas. The hardware we had was a bit tired, charging cable connection loose etc, otherwise I would give 5 stars!

Very good product has good signal just about anywhere and decent battery life. I always buy when I stay in Japan.

Wonderful! We had one area - Fujinomiya near Shiraito Falls - where we lost signal for a bit, otherwise, it was perfect!

It can be shared with multiple people and still fast.

It was easy to use and came with a charger which was super useful. The whole process of picking up the wifi at the airport and returning was so easy. I'd do it again!

Wifi service works well. The unit is reasonably compact but also requires the separate charger if used for more than about half a day.

It was convenient to receive the pocket Wifi at the hotel, and return as well.

Simple and easy to use. Comes with extra battery pack.
