Amazing, reliable and easy to use

This was super easy to use. I had it delivered to my hotel and the returned it using the post box at the airport. It worked super well and Ill be using this again whenever I go back to Japan!

The actual Wifi router was smaller than I expected and it was pretty light-weight. It was easy to set up with my iPhone, also easy to recharge each night in the hotel. This is a great option for travelers in Japan, but while this can support multiple devices, if you have a group that decides to split up, part of the group will lose access to the Wifi. I was the only person using it, so I don't know if the signal is weaker if more devices use it at the same time.

The Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was a brilliant daily tool on our recent holiday. The set up, and day to day function run smoothly. Surprisingly we even had coverage in the Kii mountains and were able to watch the live stream coverage of a friend's funeral. The only criticism is the print quality of the instruction sheet was poor and the font size was too small.

Highest recommendation. Everything, ordering, order confirmation, pick-up at Haneda airport, the equipment, the cellular/Wifi service, and the final return using postage-paid envelope went flawlessly. We never had any interruption of Wifi service during our two-week trip in Japan covering multiple cities.

Very good deal and worked exactly as advertised

I've used Japan Wireless for 6-7 trips now, and they're always great, the package always arrives on time, the connection strength is got and the coverage is good too even in the more rural places of the country. Japan Wireless always gets my strongest recommendation and I tell everyone I know about how good it is every time someone I know is planning a Japan-trip!

No problems with connection for 4 people and fast and no restrictions or slow down and unlimited so I was totally happy with the pocket WiFi and will use again

The whole process of picking up the portable wifi and returning it could not have been easier or smoother. The coverage was excellent and supported 4 devices with no issues. I was very impressed!
