Great experience with this pocket WiFi product. The free power bank was exactly what I needed to have uninterrupted WiFi for my entire trip. This device was convenient, easy to use and set up and affordable. I only had to make sure it was always in my backpack.

Third time to rent the pocket wifi and I am satisfied. When I lost the internet connection, I emailed the company and they responded right away and guided me to restore its connectivity. When it still not working, they asked me to return the pocket wifi to them by dropping it off the nearest post office. In short, they replaced the pocket wifi 24hrs later. Because we are traveling, they shipped the new pocket wifi to our new hotel location.

Easy to use, responsive tech support. Good internet coverage. Easy return - just drop at the post office.
