The WiFi worked perfectly for my family. Definitely recommend.

Great experience with Japan Wireless and the pocket WiFi that we had used during our stay in Japan. Instead of getting international data plans for each phone for a family of 4 we just used the 1 pocket WiFi for all of our phones.

Great communication through out the whole process from before we arrived to when we got there. Clear instructions on where to pick up and drop off the WiFi unit when we were done.

The signal was great wherever we used it from Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Power battery back up was even provided with the unit which came in handy since we were out all day and used up most the power by evening.

Worked really well and truly had no data cap.

Wifi pickup, use and return was simple and could not be more convenient. I highly recommend for anyone with high international data charges or not international plan. If only it were this simple in every country.

Quick and easy and very reliable

Wireless router was easy to setup and worked all throughout Japan. Easy drop off as well at the airport mail box
