Easy pick up and drop off. Consistent wifi connection. Decent battery life. It came with external battery, but I didn't need it and just charged the wifi every night.

We had a great time using this WiFi. So easy to use and the life of the apparatu was enough for the whole day. We love it❤️❤️❤️❤️

Traveled from Tokyo to Osaka, and back, and never had any issues with the pocket WiFi. The coverage was strong and the speeds great.

I rented the pocket Wi-Fi device before coming to Tokyo. Simply picked it up at the HND airport and used it while I was there. Worked flawlessly and helped me with my productivity. When done, I simply dropped it in any Japanese Postal box and that's it.

The pocket WiFi was easy to connect and had good speeds. I liked having unlimited data so no worries about having to buy additional data later. Easy pickup at airport and convenient to drop off in Japan Post box before airport security. Would use again on return visits to Japan.

How could I complain?

Highly recommend this product for anyone traveling to Japan. I brought it in my backpack every day we were there, and the charge usually lasted most of the day. It was great to be able to access google maps etc anywhere we went without having to worry about getting internet access. Highly recommend!
