It was an excellent service, no signal issues (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara) and good battery life. We had an external battery as well but we barely needed it.

It was very helpful for our stay in Japan! I definitely recommend the product, the connection was always great and didn't have any issues.
Also very good service with pick up and drop option.

L'unico problema è stato che in certi orari perdeva il segnale e questo capitava tutti i giorni.
Per il resto è stato molto utile pratico e comodo.

Worked well, I traveled to Japan on a cruise and South Korea Busan, and it was good.
It was a life saver I had internet everywhere.
At some point it got stuck and wouldn’t work but some nice ladies from information in the mall called up the company and restarted the small button in the back. All solved. Worth the money really.

High speed , affordable, easy to pick up and return

Worked perfectly throughout the whole of Japan.
Super easy pick up at Haneda airport. Just pop it in the postbox when finished. Very satisfied.
