My family and I recently completed at two week trip through Japan and this little device was amazing to have. It allowed us to use our phones to connect connect with family back home. Pick up was easy at the airport and drop off was just as easy. The device comes with a portable battery pack to keep you up and running throughout your day.

I did a mistake at the moment of choose the product I wanted, and I chose the pocket wifi and I really wanted eSIM, I requested my cancellation and the staff proceed accordingly. really great service.

Battery life was good. I was able to use it for around 12 or so hours. No real issues with it. Speed was good and rarely had any issues with the connectivity.

Everything worked perfect

I used this pocket wifi with my friend and it worked flawlessly! Didn't have any issues, only minor issue was the size of the pocket wifi. It was huge along with the wireless charger, but other than that worked great for 2 people!
