Pick up at airport was easy. Connection was solid and pretty reliable. Had for 7 days. Dropped off package in mailbox at airport as i left. Easy peezy.

The pocket WiFi worked great. Never had an issues and the extra battery was a bonus.

I would recommend it for sure to my family and friends. Very fast and you can really enjoy your vacation and up to date in social media , it really helps specially when your browsing / searching googles map to go around Japan . I will get it again when I go back cause I have my family living there .
