Fast pick up and easy delivery. Had it for 20 days with 4 people using it and was great. Worked great all the time.

Pick up and drop off couldn't have been easier. Picked up at the airport and dropped off at a mailbox. The battery will not last a full day, but with the extra battery pack, we were fine. Connecting instructions were adequate.

Besides obvious issues (namely - not being connected until device is collected and started and all travellers requiring to stay together near the device), this is the best and simplest option to remain connected during our stay in Japan. It is virtually unlimited for our needs, it was working all the time (they even provide power bank), and it was very easy to return.

The WiFi hotspot worked perfectly throughout my stay in Japan. The only issue I had was the accompanying battery pack didn’t charge the hotspot consistently.

WiFI hot spot works great all over Japan, was very efficient to pick up and drop off, my team was able to utilize it during meetings with no issues. Highly recommended.
