Easy to organise, set-up, use and return. Didn’t even know we had it with us yet we had wifi access our entire trip in Japan without any issues.

Ordered the pocket wi-fi two weeks in advance and had it sent to our first hotel. It was there right when we checked in. The device was very easy to set up, with English instructions. The wi-fi was about the size of the old Nokia 3210 cellphone - very portable. I carried it in my backpack, along with the battery pack - just about everywhere and run it all day and into the night. When the device was running low on battery it was a simple task to just plug into the battery pack. Good, reliable wi-fi everywhere for us.
