Picked this up at Kansai airport ABC counter just outside of exiting customs. It worked great everywhere we went and battery life ran us about 10-12 hours a day and internet wasn’t spotty for us now if I remember correctly.

Returning the device made it seem like I was supposed to drop it off at a neighborhood post office, but I asked a worker in the station where the nearest drop off post was and they pointed to a red mailbox literally right before you enter customs back at Kansai airport. Straight forward directions and easy to follow, but I was just confused on what type of mailbox would be acceptable. Will purchase same service when I come back!

In July 2024 I rented three Premium Pocket WI-FIs for all the members of my family for a few weeks, and all three devices performed greatly, very useful and never failed. The power banks are also very useful. The battery of the new model of device (the small square one) lasts longer. Thank you !

We purchased a 10-day plan for our trip to Tokyo and the device was already waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in. Setup was super easy. We were able to have good and consistent internet access wherever we go, even when we went on some remote hiking trails. Return was super easy too, just put everything in the enclosed envelope and drop it off at any mail drop box. I did when I got to the airport.

From ordering through returning there are no hassels. Have been using Japan Wireless for over 4 years and have no problems. Product is as advertised. Coverage is excellent.

It was great to have on my 28 day trip to Japan. Works great in Tokyo and Kyoto. Picked up a Haneda airport. They give you a stamped envelope to ship it back to them. Easy process... will use again when I visit Japan again.

The pocket wifi was easy to pick up and and drop in a mail box to return. It was awesome. It even came with a battery back up.
