It was so easy to pick this up at the airport. It even comes with a back up power pack! The company gives you an envelope to return in the mail. Very straight forward. It was perfect! We had WiFi everywhere we went. Thank you!

I’ve wouldn’t survived our family Japan trip without a reliable wifi for navigation & to do other important internet search. Japan wireless was the way to go! It was conveniently delivered to our hotel, easy to set up, fast and stable connection during the entire duration of our trip. Returning it is a breeze! It comes with a prepaid envelope and i just asked the hotel to return it for me. The price is also reasonable. It connects to 5 devices! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Never failed us. Easy to get and return

This saved us from a sim card with lower speed.
Very practical for using data with several people and/or objects.
However, we noticed some slowdowns in data usage, but not seriously.

Booking online was a breeze, airport pick-up and return is so convenient for tourist like me. No downtime during my stay in Japan and comes with powerbank but never used it because the wifi is on for 8-9 hours daily.

I visited Japan traveling from Tokyo to Osaka to Sapporo, Hokkaido, and the entire time relied on my Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi from the moment I picked it up at the airport in Haneda. I used the modem for a full month period and had absolutely NO ISSUES with the product at all. I was always covered and never experienced a slow down during my entire travels. And with the included charger and pouch, I had everything contained and easily accessible for my entire trip.
Picking up the device was simple enough, and they provided a map of the airport to help me find the place to pick it up as well, which was very useful after feeling a bit disoriented after arriving in Japan for the first time.
Returning the product was super simple and literally took about 5 minutes total to do.
No muss and no fuss!
This I highly recommend for any first time travelers or returning travelers who want an upgraded WiFi experience.

Worked well all the time!
Essentially very happy as it's working well when you're multiple. I haven't noticed any data limitations of any sort. It worked really well in the underground too!

Keep in mind:
- You need to stay together (physically) to benefit from it as one carries the physical load. One goes too far, well, you loose access :-)
- It is a physical load in your daily bag (battery + little router), not bad, but its there.

This made our trip to Japan so much easier with this device that worked effortlessly throughout our three week stay. We are a family of four and relied on this device for google maps and google translate throughout our stay. It was quick and efficient and made our boys lives easier that they could be online .
