Package was at the hotel when we arrived - the pocket wi-fi was effective with clear instructions, easy drop off in the post box before going through security on the way out of Japan. Perfect for all our Japan needs, great coverage throughout our travels. My son was able to play games on his ipad while I browsed as well!

Easy to use, no problem for the wifi connection, simply perfect!

Never had an issue with the wifi, service available in Tokyo, Kobe, Osaka, Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Hakodate. Never had a service drop out or issue. Will absolutely recommend and will use again. Battery lasted all day with constant use for google maps etc. carried back up charger just in case and only had to use it a couple of times when we were out from 7am - 9pm. Easy to set up, easy to return.

This was our second trip to Japan and the second time we used Japan Wireless. The coverage of the pocket wifi is always good. Only this trip we struggled to charge the unit with the cord supplied. Luckily though, one of the charging cords we brought with us was fit for purpose. Highly recommend the product.
