This is the third time that I've rented my pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Setup is quick and easy. Response time was not a problem. As long as you remember to drop it into the mailbox before you head to TSA then everything is pain free.

Once you find the pickup booth in the airport terminal you land in, it's very easy to pick and immediately get internet. I found that the device lasted me all day and didn't need the additional battery for charging. Drop off was also very easy. Highly recommend this internet option for your travel to Japan.

We used this pocket WiFi from Tokyo to Osaka and everywhere in between and never had any issues. Battery lasted all day (with extra battery pack) and always had quick uploads. Pick up and drop off was so easy. Highly recommend!

This product is extremely easy to use and reliable. I use it for my remote job and everyday use when traveling to Japan. I've used other company's pocket wifi and would only recommend Japan wireless. Battery life last a long time and always has a strong wifi signal.

Easy to pick up at HND airport, easy to handle, power for more than 12h, easy to drop (red post poxes). Everythings works perfect!

The pocket Wifi is easy to understand. You can generate a QR-Code to log in and the battery last the whole day. It was perfect.
