The process of pick up and return was super easy. It was fantastic having continuous wi-fi for our holiday and the portable charger came in handy to keep the device charged for long days.

It was a great and has a good signal all throughout the places we visited in Osaka and Kyoto.

My wife and I picked up one of these for our two week trip to Japan. It was easy to pickup and get started and the battery in the unit also was up to the challenge. We had to use the external battery from time to time, but not often. There were a few times that it didn’t work, like during sections of our ride on the Shinkansen. Those times were pretty few and far between though. Overall, we liked the product and it served our needs well. The return was very easy at the end of our trip and we got a lot of use out of it. I would use this service again.
