Very convenient to have this device with us as we traveled around the Tokyo and Yokohama areas. I would use this company again.

The pocket Wi-Fi unit came out of the package and worked immediately. The extra battery provided more than a full day of use and I did not have to worry about recharging it. It worked throughout my travels around Tokyo and to Atami and the Mount Fuji area. I was able to do video calls and watch videos with no issues. Returning was simple and I would definitely use it again.

Simple to pick up, simple to use, simple to return. Signal was great the entire time. Battery life was great as well, didn't even need to use the backup battery. Will be using again on my next trip to Japan.
