It was so easy to use and working from the second we got it. Battery lasted for about 16 hours on the go, and we only had to use the extra battery once when we forgot to charge it. Coverage was good wherever we went. Being able to post it at the airport was easy too

We were very satisfied with our three weeks of Japan Wireless service. It was helpful to have the addition of a charger so there was never a worry about the device losing power. Our connection was good wherever we traveled.

Convenient and easily fits in my pouch, the Wi-Fi hotspot was very strong and reliable in cities and rural areas -the only exception was in subway locations. It had decent battery life, lasting all day before needing to charge. I would use it again if I go to Japan in a group.

Always use Japan Wireless portable WiFi when we go to Japan. It is easy to carry around and have multiple devices on it.
