Excellent service, for a good price, used this pocket wifi for12 days holidays touring and visiting friends and family extensively from Tokyo to Nagasaki.
Fast reliable coverage, mostly used for goggle maps, browser searching for places to visit without any issues.
Simple to install has a back up power source if required which I didn’t but was comforting to have if need be.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

The pocket Wi-Fi worked seamlessly, and we were able to connect as many as eight devices as a family. It worked everywhere we travelled, including Tokyo and Kyoto. Thank you foe the support - it was quite handy to receive a map of where to drop off the device at the Haneda Airport as the airport staff gave us conflicting information on where to deposit the device upon leaving Japan.

Japan Wireless was the best network connectivity service in Japan. Highly recommended. We will be utilizing its excellent service when we visit Japan again.
