After a delayed flight led me to miss my scheduled pickup of the WiFi router at Haneda Airport, the Japan Wireless staff maintained excellent communication and made it easy to arrange an alternative pickup in Central Tokyo.

During our trip the WiFi signal strength was excellent throughout, supporting a group of three travelers with translation apps, maps, texting, and other data uses. One group member switched to using pocket wifi after their e-sim data plan arranged through a wireless carrier proved inadequate.

I was very happy with my experience and would use again. I had it shipped it to my hotel. Gave the hotel notice and it was there when I arrived. Signal and service was great. connection simple. The package did come with a battery pack but the pack did not see to charge properly. Fortunately, 1) one charged lasted nearly the entire day with 4 connected devices and 2) i had my own battery pack that was charging it.

I would definitely use again. Great customer service. Remember to drop off BEFORE airport security!!! But that was my own fault.

Have used this company before. The wireless was generally very good but it did disconnect a few times for some reason. Would definitely use them again.

There was a little hiccup with the administration/reservation, but everything worked out fine. A perfect way to get access everywhere.

With Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi, I never experienced downtime even in subways nor in crowded areas. Customer service was excellent. Pick up and return of the wifi was easy. This is perfect for traveling in Japan.

The process was super simple and straight forward! You can get it delivered directly to the hotel you will be staying at and is relatively easy to use! Will be using Japan Wireless again when we come back in the summer!
