Perfect choose for our 21 days travel to Japan

Pocket Wifi was an excellent support device during our trip. The product was shipped to us at the hotel and we dropped it off at the airport which was so convenient. Japan Wireless shipped the device with a charger, charging cable and a pouch which made it easy to carry everywhere.

The wifi was stable and the battery lasted the entire day. I had some trouble with it during 1 day of the trip but the support was quick to help me.

I've been using the long term plan for 3 years or more now, and so far it is working great on me. If I have concerns or some troubles connecting, the customer service is great and it's get resolved within a day or less

Great product! And easy to use

Every time I go to Japan I ALWAYS use Japan wireless- they are fast, reliable and the service (both customer and equipment) are excellent! I’ve even made mistakes (like make multiple reservations or even forgetting to return it before security check point at the airport…yes, not something you want to do), they are always gracious and willing to help as much as they can). Japan wireless is a 10/10 for me. 👍
