Used while in Japan for two weeks. My phone was not e-sim compatible so the pocket wifi was a great alternative. Easy to collect in the airport and just packed up the provided post back envelop and handed into my hotel reception. Received an email a couple of days later to confirm receipt. Very easy to get connected following instructions in the pack. Great service !

It was really worth getting the Wifi boxes on our previous trip to Japan. They were collected at the Airport and dropped in the mailbox at the end of our trip. We had uninterrupted wifi whilst on holiday.
