The Japan Wireless pocket wi-fi we used on our visit to Japan was very useful. Our trip lasted for 18 days and we were able to keep in touch with our friends and family for the whole time. We had no problems with the wireless connection and we were very pleased with how much it helped. The cost was very reasonable and the pickup and return of the device was very easy. We will use Japan Wireless again for our next trip.

This is our second time using Japan Wireless and definitely won't be last. Everything from pickup, use and return is amazingly simple. Took it all around Tokyo, Kamakura,Nikko, and Hakone and it worked flawlessly. Will definitely refer it to all my friends visiting Japan.

Very good service. The WiFi hotspot was delivered to my hotel and ready for me when I checked in. The unit worked perfectly with good reception everywhere I travelled in Japan, from Tokyo to Hokkaido. When leaving Japan, I just dropped it in the mailbox at the airport using the postage paid envelope provided.
