I rented this recentlt when I went to Japan for a vacation. I picked it up after I got cleared with Immigration and Customs and got my luggage. Easy to to setup and came with it’s own battery pack. Charged it every night when I get to the hotel. It came with a return envelope and instructions so you I was able to drop it off Haneda airport post office boxes before I checked in my luggages. The airport has it’s own wifi you can use. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto. We travelled as a family of 4 with multiple devices, we always had a connection and good internet speeds and the process from placing our order to collection at the airport on arrival to drop off at a post box on departure was seem less. Highly recommend and we’d definitely book with Japan Wireless again!
