Overall- I was pleased with the product. Easy to get and set up. However we did have a few times of spotty coverage mostly around Hakone and but also in a bigger city. The other thing was that despite being posted on their website and emails in the hype of leaving we went through security without mailing it. For this reason I think we will do an e-sim next time.

The portable router was perfect, access to fast internet through our travels in Japan. Thank you.

We used Japan Wireless for our first trip to Japan and the only hard part was finding the counter while jetlagged! Super good service and the connection was absolutely flawless the entire time we were away, super good value and the fact it came with a powerbank was great. Will definitely use again next time we visit!

Easy to use and battery lasted from morning to early evening
At one point I thought it stopped working but I just had to restart it again and it was fine.

Renting online easy process. Returning the device was very convenient. Loved that all I had to do was put everything in the mailing envelope and drop in post box.
There were moments it did lag, but overall the device worked well, had great connectivity.

Very quick service from order to pickup to return. Speed is decent with good battery life. Price is also good. Will book again when i take a trip to Japan again
