My wife and I toured around Japan for 17 days and overall we were happy with the performance of the JW Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) device. Pick-up, drop-off and Setup was easy and the battery lasted for pretty much a full day (we used Google maps pretty much the whole time). My only negative would be that randomly the service would stop working. Making this a little more confusing was the fact that when we tried to reconnect our phones would load a page showing us as well over our data limit. Given that we ordered unlimited data, we assumed this didn't apply to us. Restarting the device worked at first to regain internet connectivity. When that did not work, taking the battery out and putting it back in did. Other then this minor annoyance, we were very pleased with the overall product and service offered by JW.

It is a very good device, I have no problem at all .Will strongly recommended. Thanks for good service.

Pocket wifi was convenient, worked well among our travel around Japan and convenient to just drop off at any post office as well.

This mobile router was really helpful during our three weeks trip in Japan!

Pick up is super easy, right after we got our luggage we went to the post office at the Osaka International Airport to pick it up. Took only a few seconds.

The device is easy to connect to as well.

3 people were connected to the device and the connection was still super fast!

When it was time to return the router we used the envelope that was included and just threw it into a postbox at the Handea Airport. Easy!

All in all I can say that this is a must have! It makes travelling so much easier as it allows fast online research and navigation via google maps!

Pocket wifi - unlimited data for myself and two of my friends was sooo helpful while travelling around Japan. Unfortunately the cord to charge the device was a little loose so it was a little positional when charging. The battery on the device also didn’t last very long - approximately 6hours then definitely had to charge it on the portable battery. Wish it was a little smaller so it could fit in a small purse. Overall still great and would be happy to go with this company again for wifi.

very quick to receive, easy to return, worked well everywhere i went.

Was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and had it up and running straight away. Even though the unit was in Japanese language mode, the written instructions that came with it meant that that it didn’t matter. Has been so useful ensuring we can navigate easily whilst out and about. It gave us the confidence to explore more knowing we could fall back on the smart phone maps to get us back to our hotel.
Well worth the peace of mind

Worked very well for three people during our week long trip visiting Japan. Battery life was great too!

We were 3 people travelling through Japan for 12 days. This wifi device worked great. It was easy to pick up at the airport and set it up. The battery lasted all day almost every day (more than 12 hours) but just in case we were provided with a power bank, which we only had to use twice. The connection was very reliable and fast, we had at lest 6 devices connected. Overall, highly recommended!
