Japan Wireless was a great service. Would highly recommend to others. Pick up and drop off was easy from
Narita Airport. We didn’t have any trouble at all with the pocket wifi, worked great.

When you travel half way around the world and you rely on wifi to be able to use maps etc, it is always a little worrying in case it goes wrong. With the portable wifi from Japan-Wireless I had no need to worry at all!!! Could not recommend this enough. I know when I am back in Japan, I will be using again :D Many thanks!!!!!

Great battery life.

I ordered the pocket WiFi on line and as promised, it was waiting for me when I arrived in Japan at the hotel. I didn't use the spare battery as I didn't need it. The WiFi worked perfectly well, even some of the time when we were at sea! Super convenient and super service! I would order from Japan Wireless again.

Works great for travelers using Google Maps to plan trips.
Also FaceTime and picture sharing works lightning fast

I'll rent one again next time I come to Japan or to Thailand if your service is available there.

Although two connected devices leave battery for 12 hours, speed and robustness is high

Used for 4 people during 10 days, fast enough connection all Tokyo/Yokohama area up to Kamakura.

Totally recommended.
