Japan's public transit is unlike any other country. The Premium Wi-Fi was a life saver in the middle of rush hour in the train stations to determine which route to take. This wifi worked seamlessly everywhere we traveled. Very reliable network and I would recommend to anyone. Easy pick up at the airport post office and the staff are quick to reply to emails.

We used this pocket wifi for a 13-day trip from Tokyo all the way down to Okinawa and it worked perfectly. The back up battery was helpful when either the wifi or one of our devices was running low. We had 3 devices connected and no issues at all. Highly recommend this service.

It was really helpful for our 15 days trip to Japan. There was no network issue. Extra battery is a must and you will be able to enjoy this pocket WiFi all day long.

Used for a month while traveling in a Japan and service was excellent!

We ordered this the day before arrival which is too late to receive the next day. Unfortunately on their website delivery was promised the next day but then we were told it would take three days for delivery. We were refunded the three days and it arrived in good shape. It was easy setup and easy return. Next time I will order way ahead of arrival.

Ritirato all'aeroporto di Narita in 5 minuti. Messo in funzione immediatamente e mai avuto problemi per tutto il periodo del noleggio. Ottima velocita' e effettivamente traffico illimitato. La batteria ha un autonomia di circa 9 ma con la power bank aggiuntiva l'autonomia raddoppia.
Rispedito senza alcun problema all'aeroporto di Haneda.
