Receiving and returning the router was very easy and convenient. Once we got it the router worked well in Sagamiko. We didn't use the extra battery.

This was the best tip we could have gotten: get pocket wifi and it really made our trip so much easier and better. The process super simple, we rented ahead of time, picked up at the airport, mailed it back at the airport, worked the entire trip! Just remember to charge it every night and keep the extra battery pack with you. Super fast internet. A 10/10 would highly recommend!

Sign up. Specify dates. Access intertubes. Had no problems with this device from Tokyo down to Hiroshima. Fun to find it at the airport and drop it off (leave time for this). Totally as advertised for me.
