A must in a travel very satisfied of this product

The WiFi was delivered to our hotel and we dropped it in a Post Office Box at the Airport in an addressed envelope given to us by JW before our departure. Brilliant
We also covered many parts of the country and had great coverage throughout Japan.

Picking it up at the post office in Narita Airport took 30 seconds. Using the device was a breeze, it was just like logging onto any wifi network. An extra battery pack is included, but in my two and a half weeks in Japan the battery never went below 25%, and I had it turned on from early morning to late at night. I never experienced any connection issues. If I ever come back to Japan there is no doubt that I would gladly use Japan Wireless again.

Ordered the wireless kinda last minute, but we could pick it up on the airport. Used it 17 days without problem! Always connected and fast internet.

Very reasonable priced, the whole transaction went smooth. charge lasts 8 hours roughly. Was able to use the supplied battery bank for my Android phone. I have used JW previously and the service is still as good. I will use them again for my next Japan trip

Absolutely the best tool that we took on our 3 week holiday in Japan.Together with Google maps we had up to the minute routes and timetables for where ever we wanted to explore, be it by train, tram or local bus

Second time using this company and could not be happier! Super fast internet my entire trip no matter where we went! Super easy to have it sent to us and return and will definitely use again!

We had no issue using the Wifi. Everything works as expected.
Only downside: battery was dead when i picked it up. So i had to charge it before it was usable.
