It was delivered on time at the hotel that I checked in. It comes with a pouch, extra battery bank and charging cable and an addressed envelope. The device works for about 8 hours straight, the extra battery will make it last for the rest of the day. The internet speed is very fast and reliable. It comes with an instruction on what to do if the internet stops working, but I didn't have that problem. Great service and worth every penny!

Absolutely flawless connection, long battery life, and no issues.

After a reasonable amount of research we chose Japan Wireless. We have only good things to say. We were connected without interruption throughout Japan, for 25 days with only a little drop in speed in some very out of the way locations. JW provide a great product and excellent service. As with all MiF units the battery life is poor so make sure the battery pack is charged. Highly recommended.
