Japan Wireless was flawless, everything went according to planned. Pick up, use and return. Conne ction was stable and reliable everywhere. We did Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka, always connected!

Wholeheartedly satisfied with the service. Connection is spotty on certain roads or remote tourist spots however the ability to change network counteracts that and the battery life on it and the included battery is totally awesome. Not to mention that you can use this for 2-3 maybe even more people.

I am a tour guide in Japan. I visit Japan throughout the year (for the past 20 years). Your service is outstanding and picking it up at Narita Kuko is wonderful. My only suggestion - the external battery needs to last a little longer for the customer. Aside from that, I congratulate you on a wonderful product and service.

The wi fi had a long lasting battery and with the backup battery I was good for more than 18 hours a day. They delivered the unit promptly and the service was easy an customer friendly.
