We used the pocket wifi during our entire 13 days that we were in Japan. We didn't have any problems with signals or any interruptions. It's the best little wireless device ever! Renting it through the website was super easy and it was ready for pick up at Narita airport when we arrived. Dropping it off was super easy as well. Will definitely rent again!

Best service ever

I was in Japan for two weeks and used the Japan Wireless to move around the country. Good price and good quality. The reason why I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 is that our Wifi stopped working and we had to call and ask for a new one and spent almost a day without our router. Even so, the staff was very kind and as soon as they could they brought a new one to our hotel reception. We highly recommend renting this product since it makes your stay a lot easier. Thank you Japan Wireless Team!!!!
