I was so excited to get to Tokyo, I forgot to pick up my pocket WiFi at the airport.
The team was so lovely and sent it over to my hotel that very same day!
The pocket WiFi saved me, it worked brilliantly and helped me navigate the city while I was there for 4 days. The battery lasted all day.
I would highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t have a flexible data plan for international travel :)

The portable wifi was waiting for me at my hotel as requested. It was lightweight, east to carry around and the charge lasted all day. I will definitely reorder from this company when I return to Tokyo.

I have used Japan Wiireless pocket wi-fi for the last 4 visits to Japan. The fact that it can be delivered to my hotel and I can use it right up to departing Narita is a real bonus. It is easy to use and has good coverage. Free wifi is becoming more available now, even on JR trains, but there are still areas where this free wifi is not available. JW wi-fi can be used anywhere and I am not restricted in size or speed as some free wifi services are.

We used Japan Wireless Premium Wi-Fi on our first trip to Japan in May 2018 and it worked great! It was easy to connect to and we had great coverage. The speed was really fast. We just ordered it again for our upcoming trip to Japan in two weeks. I highly recommend using Japan Wireless for your travel needs.

I have used other Wi-Fi services in Japan before and Japan-wireless is by far the best. I had a problem with the charging cord and they replaced it by Express mail the next day. Excellent service I can’t wait to return to Japan and I will absolutely use them again!!!
