Absolutely no problems and a great connection. Sadly enough the battery runs out quite quickly but there is an external power bank provided with the device so that problem was easily resolved, even though I already had a bigger and better one myself!

Picked it up from the post office. Website instructions very clear.
The extra battery and charger were also very handy. No problems connecting. No problems streaming. Price was the best for the 14days we had it.
We travelled with another family who also had the same product.
Only time we had problems was when we were in a stadium, but I think this was because the stadium blocked wifi (or at least these personal wifi things weren't allowed in the stadium)

We were in Japan for 5 days and the hotel had our package ready when we arrived. We had stable internet all during our stay and definitely got what we paid for. The ease of returning the modem by dropping it in a post box at the airport could not have been made easier.
Would highly recommend this.

I'm very pleased with this wifi. Makes going around in Japan so much easier when you can access maps and the internet in general. Worked very well during the whole trip, no complaints.

Absolutely fabulous we have used sims in the past with varying degrees of difficulty getting them to work properly

With the wifi it was super simple efficient and an absolute breeze to pick up and drop back in the post

We will definitely use this service again when we return later in the year
